COMPANY INFORMATION
Who and what is your company?
The Black Label Company provides chauffeured executive sedan service to the South Bay area of Greater Los Angeles. Black
Cars are made available to you by advanced booking at a rate of $29.95 per ˝ hour with no minimums – 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week.
How long has your company been in business?
We are a new company that launched in 2005 with all-new vehicles and a newly trained staff. We are offer a number of
amenities at a friendly price.
What amenities do you offer?
Each Black Car is equipped with:
- Wireless Internet Service
- iPod and iPod mini Docking Station
- Dual Wide-Screen DVD
- Sirius Satellite Radio
- Black Metal on Black Leather
- And a friendly Executive Chauffeur
What are your regular business hours?
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at your convenience.
What kind of cars do you have?
We travel exclusively with the 2005 Lincoln Town Car L. Our Black Cars have an extended 6” (six inch) wheelbase for
additional rear passenger comfort and come with black exterior and black leather interiors.
Our Black Cars will fit four passengers plus light bags for travel purposes or three passengers comfortably for a night on
the town. Should you have a larger party, you may wish to book more than one Black Car.
How can I confirm my booking?
Once you make a booking, you will receive a confirmation number via e-mail or you may give us a
call back at (888) 60-BLACK.
How will I be received at an airport location?
Although there are additional airport security restrictions, we still wish to make our receiving of you as convenient as
possible.
Curbside – should you wish to be picked up just outside of the baggage claim area, please call us when you are ready to be
received as indicated on your booking. A black Lincoln Town Car L with your name in the window and flashing hazard lights
will arrive within a few minutes of your call.
Meet & Greet – for baggage area pick up, the driver will meet you at the baggage carousel with your name on a placard.
As a courtesy you will receive a 15 minute grace period from the actual flight landing time until your booking officially
begins
Do you check the status of my flight?
Yes. The Black Label Company will constantly check your flight for actual arrival time. As long as your flight number
doesn’t change, we will know about your flight delays.
If my flight number changes, do I have to let you know?
Yes. We would definitely need to know your arriving flight number, and your new arrival time.
How should I let you know about my arrival flight change?
The best option is to call our office directly at (888) 60-BLACK to assure availability in case there is a big time change
and a need to confirm immediately.
Is it more expensive to get picked up from an airport?
Yes. Simply because it takes more time, you'll pay slightly more. We will monitor flights constantly and check for new
arrival times. For airport pick up there may also be associated fees such as parking, while you may not have those fees
when going to the airport.
PRICING INFORMATION
What are the prices of your services?
Black Cars are made available to you by advanced booking at a rate of $29.95 per ˝ hour with no minimums – 24 hours a day,
7 days a week. This policy is very unlike the industry practice of requiring 2 – 4 hour minimums and including additional
surcharges, fees, and supposed taxes.
Do you offer group discounts or corporate accounts?
Yes. You may contact the General Manager during normal business hours at 310-765-4294 ext. 718.
How can I open an account with The Black Label Company? What are the advantages?
You can open an account as a guest or as a corporate representative for
your firm simply by filling out our account application form on-line
found under “Booking”.
You can manage your entire account online including convenient booking, adding guests to your account, updating your
account information, viewing your trip history, managing your stored addresses and locations, as well as viewing invoices
and payments.
In addition, you will be automatically put on THE LIST, which is our Guest Rewards Program.
What is THE LIST?
THE LIST is The Black Label Company’s Guest Reward Program. Guests that have opened an account with us are automatically
put on THE LIST. Guests on THE LIST will earn points based on bookings, referrals, pre-paid cards, and online usage good
for future travel and special offerings with The Black Label Company.
Is there a Sales Tax?
No. The State of California charges sales tax on products and not services. We do not charge an ‘administrative fee’ or
equivalent of a tax.
How much is it to make a booking with The Black Label Company?
Our booking fare is a flat rate of $29.95 per ˝ hour with no minimums for your convenience. We do not charge additional
surcharges such as fuel, administrative, or licensing fees. Gratuities are handled directly with your Executive Chauffeur.
As a courtesy, a grace period of 10 minutes after each ˝ hour increment will be allotted prior to charging the next ˝ hour
increment. All bookings are to be made 24-hours in advance and are to be pre-paid via credit card. All bookings are
non-refundable.
Do I have to pay for parking fees or other incidental fees?
You are responsible for any additional fees including but not limited to parking, tolls, or any other additional costs or
special services that you may request.
Does my time start at my door or at your door?
For Guests departing from our 8 departure cities, your time begins at the departure time indicated on your booking. For
Guests that happen to need to depart from outside of those 8 departure cities, the time begins when the Black Car leaves
the City of El Segundo.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
How far in advance do I need to book?
We prefer at least 24 hour notice via an online booking. Although, at times we may be able to accommodate your request by
calling us directly at (888) 60-BLACK.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We can also provide direct billing for larger corporate
accounts.
Can I pay by cash?
Gratuities may be paid in cash but bookings must be handled in advance via credit card or check.
Can I pay by check, money order, traveler’s check or guaranteed funds? If so, how?
These forms of payment must be received no later than 15 days prior to the departure date. They may be mailed to:

RETURNS and CANCELLATION INFORMATION
What is the return/cancellation policy?
To keep our friendly prices with no minimums, all bookings are non-refundable.
How do I make a cancellation?
Once you receive a confirmation number, you are confirmed. All bookings are non-refundable in order to keep our friendly
prices with no minimums.
Do you provide a money back guarantee?
We strive to ensure our guests have a pleasurable experience with us. In the event that you are unhappy with the service
you received, you may contact the General Manager at 310.765.4294 x718.
What are the terms and conditions? (The legal fine print)
1. All bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE.
2. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter. Guest assumes full financial liability for
any damage to the Black Car caused during the duration of the booking by them or any members of their party. A fee of
$100.00 will be assessed for each carpet or seat burn. In the event Guest soils the Black Car beyond the ability to have
cleaned by a car wash for less than $20, a sanitation fee of $250.00 will be applied at the discretion of the Executive
Chauffeur. Alcohol consumption by a minor and/or drug use by any Guest is strictly prohibited by law and will result in an
immediate termination of the Booking. Any fines (excluding traffic citations) will be paid for by Guest.
3. The Executive Chauffeur has the right to terminate a Booking without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part
of the Guest. It is illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in our Black Cars.
4. Additional fees will be applied after a 10 minute grace period should the Black Car be in service beyond the agreed
Booking time
5. Not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by inclement weather, unsafe road conditions or the equivalent
thereof.
6. Not responsible for articles left in the Black Car.
7. Black Cars shall not be loaded beyond seating capacity.
